This policy is consistent with the requirements of the Workplace Health & Safety Act Qld and
AS/NZS:4801 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
Policy Background
The expected outcome of this policy is that Outsource Personnel Pty Ltd will meet the objective of
continual improvement in workplace health and safety performance, and effectively control hazards
and manage risk.
Policy Statement
Outsource Personnel Pty Ltd is committed to the principle that all occupational injuries and illnesses
can be avoided by:

in a safe and responsible manner. .

Achieving best practice workplace health and safety management within any workplace
requires continuing effort and commitment from everyone
.
Directors - Accountable for workplace health and safety outcomes.
Managers - Ensure high standards of workplace health and safety within their areas of control.
Employees & Contract Staff - Follow all directives and safety procedures, participate in training and
risk management, and not put at risk their own health and safety or that of another person.

All Employees, Contract Staff and Visitors are urged to recognise the intent of this policy
statement and to collectively work towards maintaining our high standards of workplace
health and safety.
